Warranty and Returns Terms & Conditions

Warranty of all items sold by Information Technology Solutions Australia is 6 months unless otherwise stated, this may be extended at the discretion of management. All faulty items must have an RMA number before been returned, items received with no RMA number will be returned at buyers cost. Contact us for RMA details
Buyer responsible for all freight or post costs to return item back to ITSA, we will take care of anything from than on, including costs of sending the repaired or replaced item back to the customer.

We can not offer cash back on any items unless DOA, stock items may be returned if unused and in all packaging for store credit, items ordered in are not able to be returned unless faulty
